[隨堂測驗]字串處理(十) -全大小寫字母相互轉換

A-Z -> 65-90,  a-z  ->  97-122
輸入abcde 出來結果 ABCDE，   
輸入ABCDE 出來結果 abcde
不使用strupr與strlwr函式。

int(A)，將字元轉換為65。
char(65)，將數字轉換為字元A。
